Terms and Conditions:
The "Win an Overnight Escape at the Bridgeport and 360 Montaro Lion Feeding Zoo Experience" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is organised by Murray Bridge Subaru.
The Promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above.
To participate in the Promotion, individuals must book and complete a test drive of the all-New Subaru Crosstrek at Murray Bridge Subaru between the dates of 17th of May 2023 and 30th Of June 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").
By participating in the Promotion, participants automatically enter the draw to win an overnight escape at the Bridgeport and 360 Montaro lion feeding zoo experience for two, valued at a total $500.
There is no purchase necessary to enter the Promotion. Participants may also enter by visiting the Murray Bridge Subaru showroom at 169 Adelaide Road, Murray Bridge, or by booking their test drive online at murraybridgesubaru.com.au.
The winner of the Promotion will be selected through a random draw conducted by Murray Bridge Subaru. The draw will take place within 7 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
The winner will be notified by email or phone within 14 days after the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days, Murray Bridge Subaru reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
Murray Bridge Subaru reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may require proof of identification or other supporting documents.
Murray Bridge Subaru and its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the prize.
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to allow Murray Bridge Subaru to use their name, likeness, and any submitted photographs or testimonials for promotional and marketing purposes, without any further compensation.
Murray Bridge Subaru reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
The winner will be picked at random and contacted on the 1st of July 2023.
